Shaina Abrams-Kornblum is the Associate Director of the Springboard fellowship. Shaina brings with her a wealth of experience from both the Jewish communal sector and higher education. She has spent the majority of her career working with college students at Syracuse University, Penn State University, Stony Brook University, and Northeastern University as a student affairs professional. After finishing her M.S. in Higher Education and Student Affairs, Shaina worked at Stony Brook University as the Director of Jewish Student Life for Hillel. Prior to joining the Springboard team, Shaina served as the Associate Director for House Programs at Moishe House where she oversaw House operations in parts of North America. While at Moishe House, she also helped develop accessible Jewish learning resources and programming materials for community builders and assisted in the creation and implementation of diversity and inclusion curriculum. Shaina is passionate about the development of young adults and facilitating the experiences that shape their growth.
